She coordinates field activities, structures and analyzes data, contributes to dashboards and insights, and above all translates on the ground results into actionable intelligence for different stakeholders. Her academic foundation combines technical depth with a management perspective. She holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture, with a specialization in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, along with an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. In addition, she brings applied experience in data science and digital solutions, used professionally to turn trial and operational data into decision support tools.

For this reason, she focuses on resource efficiency, traceability, process standardization, robust documentation, and practical analytics, from structured reporting to site level dashboards and analyses. She also enjoys interdisciplinary work and cross functional coordination across R&D, operations, sustainability, digital, and business teams, ensuring that solutions move beyond theory.

Alongside her work on trials and studies, she has contributed to internal knowledge sharing sessions and presentations, and has delivered training for farmers. This reflects her natural way of working, sharing what she learns, translating it into practice, and making it applicable.
